**Make an Impact by**:

- Process requests for bill adjustments and waivers.
- Handle internal billing enquiry relating to waiver of bill charges.
- Manage the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to billing.
- Review and recommend improvements to the operational procedures.
- Assist manager to prepare monthly reports and statistic for Bill Adjustment. Gather data related to bill adjustments/waivers. Analyze the data and prepare monthly updates and statistic.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

**Skills for Success**:

- Minimum 0-1 year of work experience
- Diploma from Accounting / Audit, Finance, IT disciplines, Business or Economics.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (intermediate or advance level), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have good analytical skills and able to multitask.
- A resourceful self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Keen to learn and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
