**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Network Design & Implementation**:
Plan, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks across multiple sites.
- **Monitoring & Optimization**:
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize systems for reliability and speed.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**:
Diagnose and resolve network-related incidents and outages, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- **Security & Compliance**:
Implement network security protocols, including firewall rules, intrusion prevention systems, and access controls.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- **Vendor & Project Management**:
Liaise with service providers and vendors for network services, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- **Backup & Disaster Recovery**:
Support the development and testing of network disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity.

**Requirements**:

- Strong hands-on experience with configuring and managing enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba).
- Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and QoS.
- Solid understanding of network security practices, including VPN, NAC, IDS/IPS, and firewall management.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Available for on-call support and occasional after-hours maintenance.

**Nice to Have**:

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet NSE are advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience with VoIP systems and unified communications is a plus.

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g., NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above.
