With their long standing and solid presence globally, the bank is expanding. Currently, they seek for a new headcount, Fund Finance Specialist to be part of their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Originate Fund Finance transactions (Real Estate, Private Equity, Funds of Hedge Funds)

Research/keep up-to-date on latest news to identify new business opportunities

Ensure proper monitoring and prepare reports (e.g. Head office reports etc.)

Ensure proper loan documentation and follow up with various departments to complete transactions (e.g. Compliance, Legal, Credit Approval)

Ensure KYC/AML compliance checks are performed

Prepare Head office reports

Any other adhoc duties and related projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education

Minimum 4 years of banking experience in Fund Financing or Structured Finance or Corporate Finance

Independent, resourceful, highly analytical, diligent, focused and a team player
