**Role Purpose**

The Power Platform and Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and managing Power Platform solutions and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of our cloud-based systems on AWS and Azure.

**Role Accountabilities**

**Strategic & Planning**
- Responsible for partnering with business representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs, then translating those needs into formal, documented business requirements following methodologies and processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
- Plan and design cloud infrastructure architecture to support current and future business needs.

**IT Operations Management**
- Develop and support the implementation of Data Analytics
- Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and other IT staff.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud computing and Power Platform development.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**

**Qualifications**
- University Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

**Technical Skills**
- Experience with scripting/coding languages e.g. Python, PHP, R, React.js, Node.js (Python and React.js preferred)
- Strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Proven experience on Microsoft Power Platform mainly Power Apps and Power Automate
- Power BI and data analytics proficiency

- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail with keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business processes and process re-engineering.
- Proficient in or can quickly grasp applicable business processes and functions
- Results driven and has a positive attitude
- Work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically
