**Job Summary**:
We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our trendy Tiong Bahru store. As a Retail Store Crew member, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping environment. This is a perfect role for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for retail who are looking for a fun, people-oriented role with excellent career prospects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exceptional Customer Service**: Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt and professional assistance. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
- **Sales Support**: Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets by providing excellent sales support, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, and promoting products effectively.
- **Product Handling & Quality Control**: Maintain high product quality standards. Regularly check product expiry dates and quality, ensure sufficient stock levels, report defects promptly, and manage trial/sample packs effectively.
- **Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising**: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Adhere to KKV's merchandising standards and assist with general store maintenance tasks.
- **Loss Prevention**: Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you love interacting with people
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

**Compensation**:
$2,000 - $2,500 per month
