**This is a Permanent role.**

This role will plan, establish, and manage IT projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of IT procedures and practices.
- Proficient with Project Management Tools and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize workload based on direction from corporate business strategies.
- Ability to manage various IT vendors and IT service providers.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- PMP or Project Management Certifications required.
- At least five years of related experience required.

**Others**:

- Frequent travelling to the USA is required.
- Has experience and comfortable liaising with China project team to roll out projects.
