
Loyalty Manager

SONAK is looking for a Loyalty Manager to define, develop and implement the loyalty program.
Throughout the development and execution of the loyalty program, continuous innovation and learning from best practices will be expected.
As the loyalty manager, you will act as a focal point and be a leader in driving collaboration across key functions, be it marketing, sales or finance, as we look to define, design and deliver the best
loyalty experience to our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to design program benefits and continuous enhancement of program to drive revenue.
- Develop loyalty program calendar and drive effective engagement with members via communication channels such as eDM, website, other digital touchpoints and in stores.
- Organize and manage exclusive members events, gamification and any other value-added services or new initiatives to increase members’ engagement and encourage repeat visits.
- Assess market trends and competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness of loyalty program.
- Perform database analysis to draw insights, develop targeted promotions and personalised content and activities.
- Set up campaign performance matrix and conduct in-depth post campaign analysis including assessment of overall effectiveness, key insights, findings and recommendations.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and enhance system features in supporting the current and future needs of the business.
**Key Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Loyalty and CRM.
- Proven experience in driving adoption and programs, including the development of frameworks and operational best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and communication capability.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with various business unit stakeholders.
