- Liaise with project Architect/Consultant and site personnel to produce and execute the works for assigned projects.
- Plan, Implement and monitor design development, shop-drawings and fabrication drawings production schedules.
- Ensure product design development costs within budget constraints Qualities.
- Have relevant experience in Facade engineering especially in Alum & glazing facade, Alum Doors & Window and Steel support.
- Ability to evaluate façade design and propose potential value engineering and cost savings.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:
The following skills and experiences are required:

- Understanding of aluminum and glass facade systems is a MUST.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or relevant fields
- 2 to 5 years of experience in architectural works such as façade design, cladding, curtain walling & glazing works.
- Proficient in usage of Computer-Aided Software programs (For example, BIM, AutoCad, MS Office & Revit).
- Understanding of Singapore Design practices and Relevant Codes.
- Good design and sketching skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Able to work independantly.
