**What the role is**
- As part of the Marine, Environment and Safety Department, you are required to conduct gas-free and dangerous goods (DG) inspections on-board vessels/container vessels at various cargo terminals to certify that the vessels are free from flammable vapours/DG prior entry to shipyards.
**What you will be working on**
- You would also need to ensure compliance and advise the shipping community on DG matters. In addition, you would need to provide technical advice in the event of an emergency/incident involving chemicals/oils in the port.
