Our **Client** is a private equity real estate investment manager, with fully -integrated investment and asset management capabilities based in **Singapore**.

**The Role: Marketing Executive (Entry Level)**

Reports to: Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Work within the Marketing team to plan, manage, and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing communication plans and creating content for through-the-line channels to improve and strengthen brands’ presence, and drive audience engagement for online channels
- Manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas and provide design support for online and offline marketing materials
- Ensure all information on the online platforms are up-to-date
- Track and evaluate campaign results to formulate effective strategies
- Monitor and keep up to date with marketing trends, and competitors’ activity to ensure relevancy and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Assist in supporting any other marketing activities

**Requirements**:

- Often described as resourceful, creative, analytical, organised, meticulous and attentive to details, The Marketing Executive should also be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is adaptable, enthusiastic, and always willing to learn.
- With a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field, he/she should have a basic knowledge of the various social media platforms, google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM concepts, CRM software (Mailchimp) and website analytics tools (Google analytics).
- Basic knowledge and experience in photography, video creation and editing, and
- Adobe Creative Cloud will certainly be an added advantage.
- As a Marketing Executive, you are expected to be proficient in writing, communicating, and presenting in both English and Mandarin.
