Business and Projects Development Manager

Singapore ASP SHIP MANAGEMENT SINGAPORE PTE LTD. Full time

Work with Senior Management to develop and execute a growth strategy for the Group that seeks to actively source new, suitable and profitable clients for the Group;
- Draw on existing skill set and contacts to develop appropriate new business contacts and targets for the Group business units, including but not limited to 3rd party technical management, crew management and marine and technical services;
- Plan, research, prepare and present new business proposals to agreed targets and to do the necessary to win and bring in long term, profitable business to the Group;
- Work alongside and motivate fellow Group managers and staff across the Group and maintain high levels of corporate governance;
- Regularly prepare progress reports on contacts, potential targets and new business proposal and closure status.
- Work alongside the ASP Marine and Technical Services department to develop and deliver Project Management services such as ship construction, conversion, repairs and ship inspection services.

Support and assist the Group ship management operations as required
