**About the Role**

The Design Delivery Executive plays a key role in ensuring a smooth design team’s operation. This role unblocks designers, assists developers, keeps the finger on the pulse of requirement changes, helps to make sure that the final deliverables are sent on time and exterminates any confusion among stakeholders.

Reporting to the Design Delivery Manager, this role shall monitor project progress and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.

Social skills, an eye for details and understanding of design principles are a must.

Exposure to agile framework and ability to do hands-on UX work are a plus.

As a Design Delivery Executive in the Digital Office - CX / UX & Design,
- You will assist in helping to monitor team’s bandwidth timelines, activations, and milestones
- You will be expected to build and manage feedback loops across stakeholders within the organisation for different projects
- Verify and always advocate for quality, time and impact of delivery
- You will assist in data collection, design / market research (whenever necessary)
- This position will require you to be on-site at M1 office located in the West of Singapore

**Job Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

- A bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Project management role
- Fastidious levels of attention to detail
- Motivated by monitoring, accuracy and status reporting
- Ability to use initiative and self-management skills, with pragmatic and practical approach to tasks
- Excellence in organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- A strong self-starter who is curious, resourceful, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum process
- Good understanding of Marketing, Advertising, and Technology
