**Poste et missions**:** Main Responsibilities**:
**Accounting close and control**
- To perform accounting close and control, ensure closing adjusting are taken up before the closure of accounting period.
- To liaise with Porto and India support team for accounting close and control.
- To liaise with the respective stakeholders on any breaks identified from accounting control to ensure that appropriate remediation action is taken before the closure of accounting period.

**Tax reporting**
- To prepare/review tax computation and liaise with tax agent for the filing of tax computation.
- To liaise APAC Head of Tax or Head office for any tax matters of the Branch.

**Financial reporting**
- Produce HO/ Management reporting package and other HO/ Management reporting requirement
- Provide prompt support to various stakeholders such as business lines, operation departments, Head Office or other branches on their operational accounting matters & queries.
- To perform analytical review.
- To prepare/review presentation material for monthly management meeting.

**Statutory reporting**
- To coordinate or manage external audit.
- Finalize statutory reporting.

**Payment approval**
- Validation of staff claims and vendor payments.

**Others**
- Contribute to projects and NPNA.
- Identify, streamline and automate BAU processes to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshooting

**Required Skills**:

- Hold an accounting degree or professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years' relevant experience in a similar function in the finance department of a bank, Big 4 audit experience will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in accounting standards, accounting controls and processes, banking products etc.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Attention to details and able to drive change, where necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a team player.
- Experience in Finance Transformation, such as automation, streamline processes, project management will be a plus
