The Invictus World School is one of its brands which focuses in educational software to design and develop K-12 education-related products such as School Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, Website Management Systems, and pedagogic-centric content.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deploy our products to new customers, providing guidance and support during the onboarding process.
- Manage customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
- Work closely with the technology and content development teams to resolve any technical issues and communicate product updates and improvements to customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and useful information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Assisting Senior Management team in uplifting technological (software and hardware) adoption and customer satisfaction for Invictus International School staff, students, and parents.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer retention.
- Issue invoices to customers, monitor payments, and ensure timely collections while maintaining accurate records in our financial systems.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success, technical support, or account management role, preferably within the educational technology industry.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and experience working with software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple deployments simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to new challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
- Experience in invoicing and payment monitoring, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for education and a commitment to improving educational experiences through technology.
