**ABOUT THE ROLE — CLASS 3 DRIVER & STORE ASSISTANT**
We are looking for a Class 3 Driver & Store Assistant to join us to perform the following duties:
(1) **Transport Management**
(i) Smoothly operate necessary transportation required for incoming and outgoing dispatch of goods and materials
(ii) Assess risk assesments relating to transportation and delivery
(iii) Handle time-sensitive dispatches and delivery of goods and services
(iv) Support in maintenance of transportation equipment and handling equipment necessary for the transporting of goods and materials.
(2) **Delivery Management**
(i) Receive list of deliveries for local and overseas fulfilment
(ii) Plan schedules and manage transportation loading processes to maximise storage and delivery efficiency
(iii) Address service challenges, disruptions and/or last minute changes requested by respective stakeholders
(iv) Liaise with delivery teams and/or third party logistics partners for scheduling of deliveries
(v) Monitor fulfilment of deliveries (incoming and outgoing)
(vi) Interpret delivery contractual obligations for operational conformance
(vii) Collate delivery data for report and bookkeeping
(3) **Storage Management**
(i) Manage the implementation of organisational storage procedures and systems
(ii) Determine efficient and practical methods for storage space-use and movement
(iii) Ensure storage records are completed and maintained in accordance with organisational procedures
(iv) Ensure storage discrepancies are recorded in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
(v) Identify and take actions on obsolete, redundant, soiled and damaged inventory in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
(4) **Dispatch and Reception Systems**
(i) Describe guidelines on issuance, dispatch, and reception compliance for goods and materials
(ii) Carry out accurate data collection and data entry for the documentation required
(iii) Support with documentation relevant to storage and delivery (incoming and outgoing)
(v) Support to implement security screening procedures to ensure compliance and successful delivery (incoming and outgoing)
**Preferred**:
- Singapore Class 3 Driving License
