About GLOBALFOUNDRIES:
Essential Responsibilities include:

- Manage and maintain Defect management system, work with users and vendor to make enhancements, and follow up for version patch installation or new version upgrade, which to provide more efficient analysis software features to users
- Drive YDD automation project, such as ML auto defect classification, LRM enhancement, Recipe management system, YSEM ROD
- Co-work with IMIT and vendor to solve YDD/ Metro system issue in quickly, work out CA/PA

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/Materials or other relevant engineering discipline
- Min 10 years in Semiconductor Industry
