**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED**

**_Duties in Procurement: _**
- Forecast submission
- Order Replenishment from overseas to Singapore warehouse, and of its inventory management
- 3rd party orders (direct shipments) for overseas customer:

- Place orders with HQ
- Follow up on production status and stocks availability
- Arrange shipments to distributors and prepares the necessary documents
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding POs

**_Duties in Logistics: _**
- Coordinate on inbound shipments with freight forwarder and warehouse
- Coordinate on outbound shipments to Asia clients (local / exports); inform clients on shipment details and send shipping documents
- Stock report to the team
- Resolve quality control / shipment / delivery issues
- Manage aged stocks / excess / obsolete stocks; propose for write offs and stock returns
- Bundling / corporate orders
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders on any operational matters
- Prepare management reports and presentation

**EDUCATION**
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain management or related discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in supply chain management Procurement & Logistics.
- Computer knowledge in Excel.
- Those with SAP experience will have an added advantage.
- Executive/Senior Executive position will be offered depending on the incumbent's experience level.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight datelines.
- Pro-active, capable to work independently and yet a team player.
