In your new role you will:

- **Develop both wafer test and package test programs **per project schedule.
- **Perform required validation **and **buy off **in accordance to test workflow defined.
- Ensure **test programs are released per test coverage **needed and conform to the required checklist and reviews prior to release to production.
- **Prepare test documentatio **n as part of the release procedure.
- **Develop test program methodologies **and infrastructure inclusive of test environment as part of continuous improvements.
- **Design and implement ATE test hardware **(ie. load boards, probe cards) in accordance to project demand.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in **test engineering development **with microcontroller knowledge
would be an added advantage.
- **Hands-on experience in the design of load boards and/or probe cards for ATE testing.**:

- **Familiar in ATE tester programs development **(eg. v93k, J750, Burn-in systems).
- **Strong in programming skills **(eg. python, JAVA, C++, SQL)
- Self-driven and initative with good communication skills at all levels
- Ability to multi-tasks per project demand and deliverables required.
- Team spirit and able to collaborate with various stakeholders as part daily activities.
