WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Someone to facilitate the monitoring of operating experience, assumptions setting, deep dive analytics into trends & issues, as well as participating in initiatives within the department on the automation of actuarial processes and our analytics efforts to provide management with better, deeper, timelier insights into business performance.

What you'll be doing:

- Monitoring, and suggesting improvements if necessary (25%)
- Assisting on impact analysis of various assumption setting process (10%)
- Assisting on operating experience trend monitoring/investigation and suggesting improvements (20%)
- Assisting on monitoring of Healthcare related experience, in particular Shield loss ratios, and working together with the Healthcare and Pricing teams on management actions to control our health experience (10%)
- Participating in key TDA (Tech, Digital, Analytics) initiatives within the department by involving in the automation of actuarial processes, and the development of analytics tools and capabilities to support better insights to management for business decisions and actions.(20%)
- Adhoc project related to assumption setting / analysis model improvement / prophet model enhancement (15%)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH | YOU WILL HAVE
- Education: University graduate (Major in Actuarial Science / Mathematics)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of life insurance actuarial working experience (preferably with valuation experience)
- Software skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Prophet and DCS, some coding knowledge like Python will be a plus
- Certifications: Progression (or intended) in actuarial examinations.
