**Job Scope**:

- Sales, relationship management, and customer service
- Provide before and after sales service & consultation to all potential customers
- Perform administrative support on customer registration and follow ups
- Prepare quotations, invoice generation & payment collection

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong sales and relationship management
- Understands the dynamics of upselling, cross selling, and is generally passionate about the sales process
- Positive and friendly, self-motivated, service focused, and solution oriented mindset
- Strong team player but able to work proactively on their own on specific projects
- Understands the importance of building positive relationships with customers and enjoys this initiative
- Commitment to task accomplishment at a high level, unafraid of asking questions for clarity
- Pride in ownership of a well maintained and customer oriented asset
- Customer service focused and can deliver professional, on brand experience

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of prior sales, customer service, and relationship management required
- Prior consumer facing experiences including retail sales will be an added advantage
- Personable, outgoing, and unafraid of asking questions in order to progress initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications/ Outlook and IT Savvy
- Strong command of English an asset
