- Manage all HR operations-related matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain records of employees benefits, Medical and Annual leaves.
- Support Recruitment drive, employment letter drafting.
- Application of Employment Passes.
- Create and cultivate a continuous learning culture by managing and delivering clear learning paths for employees at all levels in order to enhance their professional development.
- Assist and contribute to HR work plans such as performance management review, employee handbook review, SOP and policy management, and employee relations.
- Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Collaborate across functional teams in any HR-related tasks or projects.
- Play an active role in implementing process improvement initiatives for HR workflow and processes.
- Any other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Key Requirement**:

- Min Diploma in Human Resource (HR)
- 2-3 years of proven experience with HR related
- Proficient in employment act, MOM regulatory guidelines, and all levels of work pass & employment pass requirements
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Meticulous, organized and responsible
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Team play and able to work independently
