**Responsibilities**:

- The WSHO shall be competent in carrying out his duty of ensuring the safety and health of the persons employed on the Contract as well as all the Corporation appointed sub-contractors and their workmen.
- The WSHO shall Carry out duties as stipulated in Workplace Safety and Health (General Provision) & Workplace Safety & Health (Workplace Safety and Health Officers) Regulations as well as the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- The WSHO shall conduct regular safety and health committee meeting with the working team and lead a committee on incident management system with the safety professionals of the respective tenants of the Property.
- The WSHO shall also develop and plan the safety and health program for the Property, including training, tenant’s briefings, SOPs and etc.
- The WSHO shall be responsible for correct and safe practices and to inculcate safety awareness for all levels of workmen on Property.
- The WSHO shall develop a Safety Register and Risk Assessment file and ensure they are up kept and regularly updated. He shall prepare and submit to the Corporation a monthly safety report based on the Corporation’s requirements, and at the same time as the monthly progress report.
- Oversee all other matters relating to WSH

**Requirements**:

- Holders of Specialist Diploma in WSH
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry Of Manpower (MOM)
- At least 3 years of work experience relevant to the work to be carried out by a WSH Officer.
- Experience in property management would be an added advantage.
- Ability to speak and write good English is essential for reports and presentations in meetings
