We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Analyst/ Associate to join our Client Coverage Group (“ **CCG **”) to undertake all the necessary support activities in client coverage as well as transaction origination and execution within the Energy & Utilities, Social/Digital Infrastructure and Maritime and Shipping sectors,. The Analyst/Associate will have the opportunity to work on both primary and secondary transactions in the sectors identified above.

**Key responsibilities:
Working with senior members of the CCG team, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Evaluation of projects and financing opportunities to determine suitability for financing
- Building or review of financial models and performance of cash flow sensitivities
- Detailed due diligence and research to support the risk analysis and determine acceptability of proposed risk mitigation
- Preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials
- He/she will also work with Legal and Compliance, Risk, Finance and Treasury functions within the company as appropriate for all ancillary activities in support of the lending business, such as KYC, risk analysis, funding arrangements, monthly financial forecasts etc

**Knowledge/ Experience Required**:

- Between 1 to 2 years of project finance experience is preferred
- Strong financial modelling capability
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities
- Self-starter and effective team player
