**Overview**:
Supporting billing and costing functions and providing general office administrative support.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities:
**Billing**
- Billing jobs to clients from agreed tariffs
- Entering estimates of expected charges from agents
- Ensure all expected charges are captured prior to billing validation
- Liaising with all departments - Imports, Exports, Transport and Customer Services departments and other Marken branches
- Filing job sheets daily
- Printing Invoices
- Perform internal billing to other Marken branches
- Run Reports for billing control
- Run Duties and Taxes report and rebill branches accordingly
**Costing**
- Follow up on receipt of invoices and statement from Suppliers
- Verification of invoice charges against supplier tariffs.
- Identifying and reviewing cost variances against tariffs and estimates and report to Accounts Manager
- Entry and allocation of supplier invoices into operating system for interface into Oracle accounts
- Liaising with suppliers in securing credit notes for overcharges
- Request Statement and obtaining copy invoices
**Office Administration**
- General office management such as ordering stationary, office supply etc.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
- To undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Superior attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
