**JOB SCOPE**
- Directing the daily operations of all our F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with the company's policies, standards in all areas of operations.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and customer service.
- Provide clear communication between all departments and other employees.
- Managing renevue growth, creating promotions, new strageties.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with relevant authorities and agencies (e.g. Food shop licence, SMMs)
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness at all times and set Standard Operation Standards when needed.
- Manage and supervise HR functions with outlet managers: recuritement, interview, staff training, job performance review, exit clearance, etc.
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports (sales, manpower costing, incident report, etc.) and schedules.
- Make sure to propose the annual operation plan, all targets are achieved.
- Ensuring that customer service standards set high and efficent operations, taking prompt actions to turn dissatisfied customers into regular/returning customers
- Build relationship and maintain regular customers according to company's policies.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Plan and implement the marketing events and/or potential business models.
- Lead the team on all event details such as menus, drinks, arrangements and other needs to exceed client expectations.

**Job Requirements**
- Communication skills to provide great service for our customers.
- Preferably possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in the F&B industry is required for this role.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, any relevant skills (cooking/baking/barista) is a plus.
- Proven track record in achieving corporate growth targets.
- Possess good hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of business process and functions. (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Reporting to Directors

**Salary and Benefits**
- 7,000~7,400 per month
- Management discount rate (50~100%) for food/drinks
