- Assist in facilitating the creation of an engaged workforce
- Assist and/or lead in the planning of workplace health, staff engagement and welfare initiatives and events to support company's focus;
- Assist and/or lead in the execution of events and initiatives according to plan;
- Assist and/or lead in the evaluation of the effectiveness of such events and initiatives; and
- Take charge of procurement, payment and logistics matters for initiatives rolled out by the team.
- Assist and/or lead in the management of vendors to facilitate success of each event and/or initiative; and
- Assist and/or lead in the design and broadcast staff communications for event publicity.
- Undertake other HR-related projects in the capacity of project lead or participating member.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- A resourceful, innovative, and meticulous individual with exemplary planning and execution skills and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to embrace and initiate change for organization development.
