- Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices
- Carry out WSH compliance inspections
- Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments
- Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities
- Coordinate WSH programme initiatives
- Develop and deliver safety briefings (such as Toolbox meetings & etc)
- Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps
- Identify areas for improvement in the WSHMS
- Implement Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) and communicate it to stakeholders
- Implement Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems (WSHMS) and Risk Management (RM) plans within scope of own work
- Maintain WSHMS documenation
- Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incident
- Review investifations findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents
- Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation
- Has experience in digital adoption in terms of Project Safety Requirements

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **3 years of practical experience in WSH Officer **relevant work in Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum holds a WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH
- Experience with PUB-DTSS project would be a plus
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT & etc)
- Comfortable to take up the role of ECO duties
- Knowledge and experience in ISO / KPI Audits
- Must be a Registered WSHO with MOM
- Able to travel Site to Site Meetings
- Certificate in BCSS Tunnelling Course / Confined Space in Operation Course / Fire Safety Manager would be a plus
