Crossover Asset Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a leading asset management firm specialising in Asset Management of ISO Tank Containers in the international energy, chemical, and gas industries, headquartered in Singapore. The Assets Under Management (AUM) of our current portfolio are 150 million USD as of FY 2021.

Founded in 2014, with less than 8 years of incorporation, Crossover has grown to become a global asset management firm as Tank Container Operators and Tank Container Leasing Companies, supported by our network of international offices in China, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Turkey, Netherlands, Dubai, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations, sales, maintenance & repair, and distribution of the ISO tank containers owned by Crossover Group
- Manage overseas offices to facilitate effective communication within the group
- Keep abreast of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, and other relevant aspects in the asset management of the ISO tank container industry
- Expand the company to new markets and drive profitability by identifying potentially profitable market segments and establishing subsidiaries accordingly
- Communicate, on behalf of Crossover Group, with suppliers, clients, government entities, investors, corporate lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Lead the development of long-term strategies for Crossover Group
- Create and implement the vision & mission, and organizational culture of Crossover Group
- Evaluate the work of other executive leaders within Crossover Group, including directors, COO, CFO, and other executives
- Ensure that Crossover Group maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business
- Assess operational and financial risks to the company and ensure they are minimized
- Set strategic goals and ensure they are measurable, describable, and definable

Requirement:

- Above-average communication, management and effective delegation skills
- Meticulous project managing
- Negotiation, coaching, leadership & interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of business acumen
- Minimum 15 years ISO Tank industry experience
