**Thematic Campaigns Senior Executive - 6 Months Contract**

**You will shine here if you have relevant experience in the following**
1. Day-to-day operations
- Daily management of incoming campaigns and projects
- Balancing campaign objectives with business goals and ensure that the creative team creates assets/deliverables-from landing page to social posts-in a purposeful manner
- Managing deadlines by prioritising multiple campaigns and projects of different scales
- Holding regular meetings to update campaign/project statuses with the campaign manager & creative managers
- Providing timely communication between relevant stakeholders
- Managing daily schedules and weekly calendars
- Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings
- Working with brand marketing and suppliers to procure gift merchandise for the campaigns
- Analysing campaign data and conducting post-mortem meetings
2. Responsibilities
Include (not limited to) a combination of:
- Leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
- Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the brief, resources and deadline deliverables
- Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
- Analysing campaign data and evaluating based on the campaign team’s KPIs
- Managing project resources (i.e. teams/people required to execute the campaign) and updating key stakeholders on limitations and achievability
- Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
- Building effective relationships with creative teams and stakeholders

- Passion for digital technologies and a love for cosmetics
- Quick-thinking and adaptive in a fast-paced environment to prioritise high impact projects while managing multiple project deliverables
- Solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills
- Great organisational competencies with the capability of managing processes from start to finish
- Impressive communication skills is a plus
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience is preferable to qualifications for this role
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in project management
- Solid knowledge of digital channels and marketing technologies, with a focus on performance measurement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse members and cross-functional teams
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
