**Waiter/Waitress**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a **Waiter/Waitress**. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail.
- Ensure tables are cleaned, sanitized, and properly set up for the next guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including utensils and service stations.
- Support teammates with ad hoc tasks such as restocking supplies and assisting in opening/closing procedures.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, food safety, and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Available for **full-time positions**.
- Must be a **team player**with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and teammates.
- Prior experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or plates as required.
