Downtown Core, Singapore Moon Rooftop Bar and Lounge Pte Ltd Full time

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for sustaining and driving the marketing plans for Moon Rooftop Bar and Lounge including platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, online channels as well as providing timely update on Moon latest programmes, promotions and past developments to all customer database to drive repeat visits and events. Other focus on Moon’s influencer engagement programme is important as well.

Primary Responsibilities

Drives Digital Marketing Plans for Moon Rooftop Bar & Lounge
- Assists to strategize and execute the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan.
- Ensures high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics.
- Supports corporate and brand on digital marketing initiatives.
- Provides weekly and monthly activities
- Rolling 6months marketing plan needs to be maintained and updated

Management of Websites and Microsites
- Manages vendors to ensure delivery of website enhancements and best-in-class customer journeys.
- Manages content for Moon main website
- Ensures Marketing SEO and SEM synergies.

Develops Marketing Plans
- Works hand in hand with MD and Event Sales Directors on both B2C and B2B initiatives and programme details.
- Oversees collaborations and maximises marketing opportunities while ensuring accurate and timely communication onto social media platforms.
- Drives programme and EDMs for yearly events such as CNY, Valentine, St Patrick’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, October Fest, Christmas and so forth

Drives Social Media Awareness
- Manages, supervises and/or creates content for all of Moon’s social media platforms and drives engagement.
- Management of social media agencies to ensure optimisation of content engagement.
- Develops a social media influencer programme for Moon to gather mindset across local and overseas tourists crowd
- Identifies potential social media influencers and executes programme to drive Moon’s awareness in the social media space.

Other Responsibilities
- Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support Moon’s operations and business objectives.
- Manages digital reporting tools for Moon and communicates reports internally as well as supervises action plans for improvements where needed.

Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Oral fluency in English and Mandarin with written excellence in English. Ability to speak other language and / or basic understanding of other languages an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
