**1. Position Description**

Reporting to the Assistant/Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP/WMS system tallies with physical stocks. To coordinate, monitor and update the movements for the incoming, storage and outgoing of inventory (virtual & physical stocks). And general administration duty in the Operations Department.

**Specifically, this role exists to**:

- Monitoring inventory in the ERP/WMS systems
- Monitor inbound shipments & coordinate the trucking in/out with shipping agents/transporter
- Perform physical inventory receiving & transfers verifications and entry in the ERP/WMS systems
- Coordinate the transfers, receiving, issuing and returns of inventory between Frosts’ warehouses and intercompany departments, 3rd Party Logistics/Warehouses
- Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing, including the posting of inventory transactions into the ERP/WMS systems
- Generation of picking list, packing list and invoices
- General administrative duties include but not limited to checking of outgoing and returning invoices, delivery orders, goods receive/return notes, to ensure documents are updated into the company systems, attending to self-collection customers

Other assignments that may be required by Manager.

**2. Position Requirements**

To function well, this position requires:

- Min. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and or,
- Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.
- Possess positive attitude and initiative
- Ability to work well as a team
- Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal
