**Equity Analyst - Associate/Graduate level**

AL Capital Management Pte Limited is a well-established family office and is currently preparing to operate as a Registered Fund Management firm in Singapore.

**The opportunity**

AL Capital is looking to add an Equity Research Analyst to its Public Equities Investment team. The position is based in Singapore, with the wider team currently spread across Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The position offers the exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is building a new business. The team is led by experienced investors with a combined 45 years of investment experience around the globe, supported by an investment committee comprising senior investors, bankers, and corporate leaders. There will be ample opportunity for growth for the right enthusiastic, self-driven applicant.

**Profile**
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in analytical and quantitative disciplines.
- Strong interest in financial markets.
- Strong aptitude for research and data modelling.
- 1+ years’ experience in research, analysis, data modelling preferred.
- Solid proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong drive to perform and generate returns for clients.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing and excelling in a team environment where empowerment with accountability is key.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate the conclusions and insights stemming from the research undertaken (both written and orally).
- Ability to generate new ideas and possibilities and evaluate thematic issues and business opportunities.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude to learning, multi-tasking and completing ad-hoc projects as the role will evolve with the growth of the business.

A competitive salary will be provided commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: Up to $4,000.00 per month
