Responsible for implementing and updating QA and QC processes to meet authority and customers' expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to sustain food safety and quality systems as well as hygiene standard.
- Complete incidents investigation on customers' feedback and propose corrective actions/ mitigation plans to prevent recurrences.
- Identify training needs and organize monthly trainings for staff to meet the Company Quality Standards.
- Conducting in-house audit of product inventory and documentation including review of ISO22000 and other related documentation.
- Establish and align procedures to manage export production to overseas markets.
- Participate in the supplier selection process and support the supplier performance improvement process.

**Job Requirement**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), GMP/HACCP/GPSI/ISO22000
- Related experiences in a food manufacturing environment
- Professional certificates such as FSMS, Quality Auditor, Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor
- Good leadership skill in managing teams
