We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **IT Procurement & Admin Executive**to support our operations. This role combines technology procurement with administrative support to ensure seamless coordination between our technical teams, vendors, and clients. You will play a key role in sourcing IT solutions, managing vendor relationships, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the company running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

**Procurement**
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with IT and cybersecurity vendors and suppliers.
- Manage purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Track and maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and cybersecurity tools.
- Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Support project teams in procuring specialized cybersecurity solutions.

**Administration**
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and procurement records.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Assist finance team with invoice verification, payment processing, and budget tracking.
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation, especially for IT and cybersecurity-related procurement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT procurement, administration, or operations support.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, IT hardware, and software licensing is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement systems/ERP.
- Good communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Inside sales or IT sales experience is an advantage**, especially in handling customer inquiries, quotations, or solution coordination.
