**Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth system integration and identify potential challenges.
- Prepare clear functional and technical documentation to support development and deployment.
- Identify and address risks related to project scope and requirements.
- Work with offshore teams to develop and test scenarios for successful rollouts.
- Manage and prioritize defects and change requests to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working with vendors when necessary.
- Provide Level 3 support by handling incidents, user queries, and system changes.Keep up with system updates and industry trends to provide useful insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields with at least 5+ years of experience in payment systems.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems like RTGS, NEFT, ACH, G3 Fast, and Payroll, with banking experience required.
- Familiarity with TCS BaNCS Payments, Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, SQL, Unix/Linux, and IBM WAS will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
