**Working Hour**:44 hours per week (Rotating Shift) | 8am to 4pm / 4pm to 10pm (Shift may vary)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, clinic registration, patient appointment scheduling and walk-ins.
- Liaise with patients and their family members about follow-up appointments.
- Process prescription accurately ad dispensing of medication to patients.
- To assist doctors in consultation, examination, treatment, and vaccination.
- Handle feedback promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service as frontline staff and clinic ambassador.

**Requirements**:

- Possess basic MS Office skills.
- Working experience in Healthcare related field preferred.
