**Job Descriptions**:
- Preparation of Directors'/Shareholders' resolutions and manage timely filing of AGM, EGM and Annual Return documents and ACRA e-filing
- Prepare of XBRL report
- Incorporation of Pte. Ltd. Companies
- Assist a Manager in handling a portfolio of clients
- Other secretarial related works
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Accounting
- 1 year experience in corporate secretarial work will be added advantage
- Possess accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
- Written and spoken communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- O level qualification may apply
