**About the Role**
Join a pioneering team working on cutting-edge technology in AI acceleration As an IC Architect, you will play a critical role in developing, specifying, modeling, and evaluating next-generation AI accelerators. You will collaborate closely with both hardware and software teams, bridging the gap between them, to ensure the successful design and implementation of future products while driving continuous innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop specifications and models for current and future architectures of AI accelerators.
- Contribute to the micro-architectural development of components such as cores, caches, on-chip networks, inter-chip connects, and host communication interfaces.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure consistency, correctness, and efficiency in design implementation.

**Key Requirements**
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of CPU, GPU, and similar accelerator architectures.
- Experience with software toolchain flows for modeling and evaluation.
- Knowledge of massively parallel computing systems.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages and assembly.
- Experience in performance benchmarking and optimization.
- Familiarity with IC design and verification methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and debugging.
- Experience with Broadcom or similar organizations is a plus.
