**About the Job**We have an traineeship position available for an enthusiastic and eager individual who lives and breathes all things social. Working closely with our Social Media and Influencer Marketing team, you will get the opportunity to create engaging content, communicate closely with customers, collate feedback reports, track influencer content, vet influencers, conduct market research of the beauty and influencer industries, draft creative copy and source images for our iconic beauty brands. You will also get the chance to work with social media content creators across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more), so knowledge and a strong interest in beauty is highly preferred. We will provide you with professional development as you learn the ropes of our growing beauty business, as well as gain valuable experience to add to your CV. The position is suited to a person studying marketing, communications, or Public Relations student with a strong interest in beauty.

**Your Profile**:

- You will have completed a marketing, communications, or Public Relations degree or diploma with a strong interest in beauty preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends
- Prepared to take on any task that comes your way and show initiative
- Positive can-do attitude and highly motivated
- You have a way with words and are highly developed in written and oral communication skills
- Highly driven to learn and progress your skills in a fast start-up environment
- An eye for detail
