- Establish strong rapport with clients and maintain rewarding customer relationships with key customer accounts

**Requirements**:
General degree, preferably with 1-2 years of account management or service industry experience.
**Skills Competency**
- Intimate knowledge of the retail (particularly in the fashion and luxury segments) and travel industries
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong rapport with industry players, customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Comfortable with mobile technology.
