Manage, maintain and support hardware and software configurations. Designing, implementing and supporting IBM FileNet ECM systems

Duration: 12 months contract

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM to 6.00PM / 9.00AM to 6.30PM)

Working locations: Central.

Salary up to $9000

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, maintain and support hardware and software configurations
- Experience in FileNet Application Engine (AE)
- Experience in designing, implementing and supporting IBM FileNet ECM systems
- Experience in installation, configuring and supporting FileNet in an enterprise environment
- Diagnose, isolate and debug software problems and perform problem resolution in a timely manner, including opening and monitoring trouble tickets with vendor when necessary

**Requirement:
- Overall 5 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of all FileNet installations, configurations and integrations- IBM FileNet Content Manager 5.5.x,
- IBM Case Manager 5.3.3,
- IBM Content navigator 3.0.11 and above.
- IBM WebSphere ND 8.x & 9.x
- Linux and Windows
- in-depth knowledge in IBM FileNet, Case Manager and CPE
- extensive knowledge in Linux and expected to have document migration experience
- Must have change implementation process & also expected to have the DEVOPS & JIRA process
- Well versed with database concepts
- Working knowledge of OS - AIX, Linux, WIN
