This position will be joining an established Singapore Aviation Company in the business of Commercial Aircraft servicing, support and maintenance.

The primary function of this role will be leading the technical trainers - develop, plan, perform and guide the trainers and provide progressive assessment to the technicians and students.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage the technical trainers, evaluate their performance and the development of the students and technicians.
- Develop training materials suitable and aligned within the CAAS and safety standards, approve training programme’s to be constructive and effective.
- Serve as Management representative, lead technical trainers, decision making and leadership responsibility.

**Position Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Aerospace Electronics, Aerospace Avionics.
- 5 years working experience in conducting CAAS / EASA programmes, experience in providing training / teaching professor. Management and Supervisory experience.
- Category B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with working experience / hands-on in Line / Base Maintenance.
- Comfortable in supervising a team, perform training and provide guidance to technical trainers.
