Has an open mind, is flexible and can work as a team member with assistance from team leader.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions independently.
- Prepare design presentations, including hand sketch, 2D drawings and 3D renderings.
- Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Select materials, furnishings, and finishes to align with clients’ goals.
- Conduct sales activities, identify and pursue new client opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Supervise renovation team to complete projects on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Interior Designer.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Experience in interior design sales and project management is a plus.
- Ability to manage fast moving projects using apps or software tools is a requirement.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools **but not compulsory.**:

- Portfolio showcasing experience in various projects will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
