**Responsibilities**
- Develop the consensus forecast for the business unit, based on statistical forecast and sales & marketing activities (promotions, phase in/phase out, new launches, delisting).
- Analyse and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans.
- Define order volumes based on adjusted aggregated store demand, available inventory and sell-out rate.
- Develop long-term strategy of effective supply chain management for perishable products (fresh and cold chain).
- Create long-term demand forecast by taking into account fluctuations (e.g. promotional activities, seasonality).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders: Operations, Commercial, Finance and Marketing and external stakeholders: suppliers, 3PL partner in driving business objectives.
- Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP, and KPI report.
- Managing a team of 2 and direct reports.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
