We're now looking for a Senior Financial Affairs Manager/ Associate Director to join the team of Tencent International Financial Policy Center.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide regular updates & recommendations on regional financial/Fintech policy strategy;
- Engage with regional stakeholders to develop and support Fintech business；
- Provide regional regulatory and policy analysis and advice in Singapore and the SEA region with a deep understanding of industry trends & movements;
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters
- Must have experience as a PM dealing with issues relating to FinTech and payments matters
- Team player as well as able to handle projects independently
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proactive approach and ability to handle matters independently
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred but not mandatory: Technical background (Computer Science or EE), passion for and/or experience in cross-border payment or payment infrastructure
