Methods Electrical and Instrument Engineer

**Methods and Reliability**:

- Responsible for technical data & methods documents in Electrical in CMMS system (SAP/EDMS), including technical documents, operating procedures, task lists, standards etc; taking into account quality, time and cost, HSEQ, energy and regulations, as well as Arkema corporate guidelines
- Define needs for spare parts for electrical equipment
- Responsible for setting up and updating maintenance plans in SAP in his/her area, prepare preventive maintenance plan
- Participate in reliability studies and reliability action plans in his/her area
- Support to design office for Capex studies and supervise small MOC work
- Ensure the respect of the regulation / corporate rules in his/her area
- In charge of electrical procedure in the plant : electrical installation manage, electrical Lock Out Tag Out (switch off, rack out), ATEX procedure
- Manage maintenance contracts in Electrical, ensure the respect of contract in terms of technical and cost part

The Methods Electrical Engineer is responsible for maintenance methods, as well as supporting other maintenance activities, for all electrical equipment of the plant, in compliance with the HSEQ commitments.

**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Methods and Reliability:

- Manage maintenance contracts in Electrical, ensure the respect of contract in terms of technical and cost part
- Key contact person with 3rd party companies / consultants / inspectors in his/her area of expertise. Appointed person for relation with LEW
- Support on-site work in his/her area (led by general maintenance team), troubleshooting electrical equipment on site
- Follow up the completion of maintenance report in SAP by general maintenance team
- Proactively train and update others in his/her area. In charge of LEW training and elec loto trainings for the plant
- In association with HSE, firefighting contract management : tracking PMP and coordinating periodic meeting

**Turnaround**
- Participate in preparation and execution of plant turnaround projects, by assisting the Turnaround manager on all topics related to electrical

**SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR COMMISSIONING & STARTUP**
- Vender site service
- Coordinate vendor site support of this/her scope (electrical heater, heat tracing system, substation, etc.)
- Assist for package vendors support (VFD configuration, etc.)
- Assist in troubleshooting
- Able to support to instrument team or control system team in case of need

**HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS**
- Ensure the issuing and action for incident reports in his/her area of activity.
- Implement HSEQ and Energy corrective actions in his/her area of activity.
- Lead or participate in HSEQ and Energy working groups.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electrotechnics, with minimum 5 years of experience in a petrochemical industrial site;
- OR Polytechnic diploma, with minimum 8 years of experience

**Knowledge**:

- Extensive knowledge in Electrical Engineering.
- Certifications in electricity
- Good knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the electrical field.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for an explosive atmosphere (ATEX).
- General safety instructions and requirements for companies.
- Knowledge on DCS/PLC.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- CMMS (SAP or similar )

**Skills**:

- Certifications in electricity
- ATEX
- Contract management : electricity and firefighting
