**Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead and inspire our software development team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**:Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the software development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- **Strategy and Planning**:Develop and execute strategic plans for software development, aligning with organizational goals. Contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
- **Project Management**:Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery of software products within scope and budget. Implement best practices in project management methodologies.
- **Team Building**:Recruit, train, and develop top-tier software development talent. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
- **Technical Oversight**:Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate potential risks related to software development projects. Implement proactive measures to address challenges and obstacles.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable software solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development management, with a focus on leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Good knowledge in Data Science And Analystics.
- Overall minimum 6-7 years of experience in IT industry.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
