**Position Overview**:
**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure turn-around time
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to protocol related to sample collection, counselling, etc.
- Build protocols and systems to scale operations
- Train junior business operations officers
- Create weekly and monthly operations
- Coordinate schedule and work of operations in Singapore
- Maintain information security
- Ensure proper biosafety measures from partners
- Any other duties as assigned
**Skills required**
- Operations role in healthcare industry
- MS Office basic proficiency
- Good time and project management
- Good business communication skill
- Attention to details
- Fast learner
- Proactive and able to convey opinions
**Preferred experience**
- Experience in account management is preferrable
- Experience in project management is preferrable
**Minimum education qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management/Business Administration/Economic and Accounting.
