Internal title: Revenue Accountant, SEA&I

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As our Revenue Accountant, you will be responsible for day-to-day business support and accounting for a new Nike Digital Marketplace platform business implementation & expansion in Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) territory. This is a new role and you will be part of the Regional Revenue and Margin Controlling team based in Singapore.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

During month-end close, you will ensure timely & accurate Nike internal & external financial reporting by preparing all digital marketplace business revenue related month-end accounting journals, as well as month end close analysis & reporting package including operational controls and reconciliation activities. In addition, you will also collaborate and support Country Controlling teams for statutory and tax requirements arising from the digital marketplace model.

You will also get to provide cross functional partnering support, such as operational & interface issues deep dives, support system testing & implementation for new or enhanced capabilities/mechanisms from digital marketplace business. Growing in the role, you will have the opportunity to provide accounting support and design for new digital marketplace business model.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work closely with the SEA&I Finance & Controlling teams and cross-functional stakeholders such as Supply Chain Operations, Technology and Nike Direct Digital Commerce business teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Professional qualification i.e ISCA/ACCA/CIMA and/or Degree holder in Accountancy with minimum 3 years commercial (Accounts Receivables) and/or audit experience
- Meticulous, ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and possess good problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling a large volume of data and transactions
- Experience in e-commerce/digital marketplace is an advantage
